How it works

Matching you should be able to understand

Navigate is not a directory. It is a structured way to reach a clinician who actually fits — with the reasoning shown, not hidden.

1.You describe your situation

A short, structured assessment captures what you’re navigating, what matters to you, and your practical constraints. No free-for-all search box — considered questions.

2.We match and explain

A transparent, weighted engine ranks vetted clinicians against your needs and shows up to three options — each with a plain-language reason it fits. You never see a raw score, and placement is never sold.

3.A warm introduction

Choose a clinician and we make a mutual introduction with the context you shared, so you don’t start from scratch. Complex or higher-risk cases are routed to a human concierge instead of a list.

Trust & provenance

Every clinician joins by nomination and is reviewed by a Trust Council. Each credential on a profile carries its source and the date it was verified — so trust is shown, not asserted.

  • Nomination-gated membership — no open sign-ups.
  • Licences and credentials verified against primary sources, with dates shown.
  • Peer endorsements are scoped to specific competencies, never generic praise.
  • Clinicians publish their scope limits — what they don’t treat is part of the trust signal.

Our business model

We are paid by clinicians for membership and tooling — never for placement. Payment cannot move anyone up a match list. The ranking engine has no access to billing data, by design.

  • No paid placement. Ever. Money never touches the match score.
  • Membership funds verification, the concierge desk, and Trust Council governance.
  • Care seekers are never charged to be matched.
  • The separation is enforced in code — billing is a separate adapter from matching.
